Return & Refund Policy

Faith Over Boarders products are made to order. Please review product details and size charts carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered, email info@faithoverboarders.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging where possible. We will review your request and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for eligible issues, at no additional cost to you.

Change of mind and sizing

Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or choosing the wrong color. This does not limit any return, cancellation, refund, or other rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Before sending an item back

Please contact us before returning any item. Do not send items to our mailing address or a production partner without instructions from us. If a return is needed for an eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide instructions and cover the necessary return shipping costs.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Once production has begun, we may be unable to cancel or change it, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Refunds

We will email you when your refund request has been reviewed. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the credit appears. For an eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect item, any refund will include applicable shipping charges for that item.

Delivery problems

If your order has not arrived or tracking shows an unexpected delivery issue, contact us so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner or carrier.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where mandatory consumer protections apply, those protections take precedence over this policy.
